What is special in Transport / Conveyance Fee module?

The following combine to form Transport / conveyance fee module:

• Transport Registration: Registration of transport is done for the detail record keeping with the owner’s name and ID is generated for the easy identification of the vehicle.

• Transport List: You can view the list of conveyance and vehicles used by the school /college with all its details, ID and the pilot name.

• Transport Allotment: Search the student and allot the transport most suitable to this student. Here one can see the list of students’ class-section wise that has availed transport facility and their allotment status. The allotted status can be changed/ modified any time.
  
  
• Transport report: All vehicle details and printable reports are in the report section.
  
  

  • List of transport: You can view the list of conveyance and vehicles used by the school/ college with all its details like mode, ID, pilot name, capacity, allotted student number and root.
    

• Income from Transport: This report shows the income/revenue generated from the particular transport/vehicle. Reports can be generated between dates, for a particular period or for a particular month.
  
  
• Full transport report: See all the fee collection installment paid /unpaid record for all the students in the class and in a section, at one place.
  
  
• Transport paid/unpaid reports: View the list of students whose transport fee is unpaid for the all installment and how much, till date and for the full session.
